The guide

How to use Qleever

One platform, three roles. Pick yours and follow the steps — every link goes to the real tool.

The big picture

Qleever Services — describe what you need and we coordinate vetted providers for you. Qleever Marketplace — browse independent businesses, compare their packages and enquire directly; providers keep 100% of job earnings and pay memberships instead of commissions.

One account covers all of it — the same login can book services, run a provider business, and belong to a Pro organization. Each role gets its own workspace in the sidebar.

Customers

Get work done

Customers describe the work once — Qleever and the marketplace do the matching. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Start at sign in — one email link verifies you and creates the account. Your dashboard opens with everything tied to you: requests, ReadyPlans, notes, messages.
  2. 2

Describe the work — two ways

For Qleever-coordinated service, use Get a quote and describe what you need. Or browse the directory yourself — every storefront shows real businesses with provider-set package prices.
  3. 3

Build a ReadyPlan (optional but useful)

Big transitions — moves, turnovers, sale prep — work better as a plan than a job. The ReadyPlan builder breaks it into ordered tasks you can act on or share when enquiring with providers.
  4. 4

    Review quotes

Provider responses land in your dashboard under Quotes — itemized, priced, valid for a window. Ask questions in Messages before deciding; accept or decline there. Nothing books itself.
  5. 5

    Confirm and coordinate

Accept a quote and the appointment is confirmed — date, window, scope. Keep entry details out of messages; access instructions go through the dedicated authorization flow.
  6. 6

    After the job

Leave a review from the completed job — ratings come from real work only. If anything went wrong, the Resolution Centre walks a structured dispute process with your booking’s timeline.

Providers

Run your business

Independent businesses list on the marketplace, keep 100% of job earnings, and pay membership fees for platform features — never commissions.

  1. 1

    Apply

Apply at Become a provider — business details, services, credentials. One application per account; if you’ve applied before, you’ll see its status instead of a second form.
  2. 2

Create your account and get linked

Sign up with the same email you applied with — approval sends a link to your provider area, and the storefront auto-links to your account. Platform approval can take minutes; credential verification (licences, insurance, certifications) runs separately and can take up to 3 business days.
  3. 3

    Build your storefront

From the Provider portal: business profile, logo and banner, portfolio gallery, typical rate, service areas and availability. The blue badge means your business passed review — keep credentials current.
  4. 4

    Publish packages

Packages are your menu — up to three tiers each (basic / standard / premium) with inclusions and turnaround. Your plan sets how many can be active: Free gets one; Plus and Pro get more.
  5. 5

    Take enquiries and quote

Customer enquiries arrive in Messages and your portal. Reply there or send formal quotes — itemized with a validity window. Customers approve in their workspace; confirmed appointments land on your calendar.
  6. 6

Do the work, keep the money

You bill the customer directly — Qleever takes 0%. Complete jobs with photos and notes; finished work feeds your storefront’s reputation. Memberships pay for features, not a cut of the job.

Qleever Pro

Manage properties

A shared workspace for realtors, strata and rental teams, landlords, developers and investors — properties at the centre, with projects, tasks, vendors, documents and reports.

  1. 1

    Create the organization

Open Pro workspace — if you already filled the enquiry form, your answers carry over. Pick a plan: Starter (free, 3 properties / 2 seats), Professional ($49/mo, 25 / 10), or Portfolio ($129/mo, unlimited).
  2. 2

    Add your properties

Properties are the centre — every project, request, vendor, expense and document links back to one. Each gets its own page with tabs and a per-property activity timeline.
  3. 3

    Invite the team

Owners and admins invite by email; teammates join automatically on sign-in. Roles — owner, admin, managers, member, viewer — control who can edit. Members and viewers see only the properties they’re granted.
  4. 4

    Run projects

Start from readiness templates (Ready to Sell, Ready to Rent, Ready to Move…) and the task list seeds itself. Tasks feed the calendar; expenses roll up against budgets with automatic overrun flags.
  5. 5

    Request work against properties

Property service requests go straight from the workspace — they appear under the property’s Maintenance tab and follow its access permissions.
  6. 6

    Report on the portfolio

Live numbers on the Reports page — spending by property, open work orders, completion, deadlines. Documents stay in the private org vault, scoped by property access.
