These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Qleever (“Qleever”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of qleever.com and the Qleever platform, including service requests, quotes, appointments, ReadyPlans, notes, messaging and related features.
Qleever provides an online platform through which customers can request, coordinate and manage property services — including cleaning, turnovers, maintenance, repairs coordination, moving-related services and seasonal work. Depending on your booking, services may be performed by providers coordinated through Qleever Services (which may include a directly managed workforce) or by independent businesses listed on the Qleever Marketplace.
Qleever is a business incorporated pending registration, operating in Canada. Our primary jurisdiction is British Columbia.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
You accept these Terms by taking an affirmative action: creating an account, checking an acceptance box, submitting a service request, accepting a quote, or confirming a booking. Where the law requires express consent — for example, before we charge a recurring subscription — we ask for it separately.
Simply browsing the public pages of the site does not create a contract for services, but these Terms still govern your use of the platform itself.
If you use Qleever on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory and able to form a binding contract to create an account or book services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly through account settings or support if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Services available on Qleever
The services currently offered through Qleever include, depending on location and availability:
- Cleaning — including deep cleans, pre-listing cleans, and turnover cleans
- Repairs and maintenance — coordinated through reviewed providers
- Turnover and refresh work between occupants
- Moving-related coordination and referrals
- Staging and building-service referrals
- Seasonal and transition projects organized through ReadyPlans
Service availability varies by location. The services listed on the site at the time of your request are the services available — we do not represent that every category is offered in every community.
4. Requests, quotes and booking confirmation
You describe the work you need through a service request or by enquiring about a provider’s package. A submitted request or enquiry is not a confirmed appointment — it starts a review and matching process.
Providers may respond with itemized quotes that set out scope, price and a validity window. You may accept or decline a quote; nothing is booked until you accept and the appointment is confirmed.
A booking is confirmed when the selected provider accepts the job, the location, date and time window, and the agreed scope and price basis, and you receive a confirmation through the platform.
If a provider becomes unavailable, we will tell you and, where possible, help identify an alternative. A replacement appointment is confirmed only when the new provider accepts it.
5. Estimates, pricing and taxes
Package prices shown on provider storefronts are set by the provider and indicate their typical pricing. The price for your job is the price in the quote you accept — no job proceeds on an estimate alone unless you confirm it.
Quotes set out what is included. Additional work beyond the agreed scope requires your approval — for example through a change order — before it is performed or charged.
Applicable taxes are added where required by law. We do not authorize undisclosed fees: any charge you did not approve may be disputed through the Resolution Centre.
6. Your responsibilities as a customer
Never share entry codes, alarm codes or payment details in messages. Access instructions belong in the dedicated access-authorization flow, which shares them only with the providers confirmed for your job.
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the property at the agreed time — or arrange it through the access-authorization flow
- Give accurate booking information, including unit numbers, parking and entry instructions
- Provide reasonable working conditions, including electricity and water where the work requires them
- Disclose hazards relevant to the visit — for example pets, construction activity, mould, or fragile surfaces
- Secure valuables, cash, sensitive documents and medications before the appointment
- Treat providers and staff respectfully
7. Qleever Services and independent providers
Depending on your booking, work is performed either through Qleever Services — coordinated by us, which may include a directly managed workforce — or by an independent business you select on the marketplace.
For Qleever Services bookings, we are responsible for coordinating the service and for the commitments we make to you under these Terms and applicable law. For marketplace bookings, the provider is the business performing the work and is responsible for its own conduct, employees and subcontractors — while we remain responsible for operating the platform and for handling complaints through our dispute process.
Nothing in these Terms limits a responsibility the law places on us and does not allow us to waive.
8. Payments
Membership and subscription fees are collected through Stripe, our payment processor, using the card you provide at checkout. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges as described in the Subscription & Qleever Pro Terms.
Qleever does not currently process payment for the jobs themselves. For marketplace bookings, the provider bills you directly on the terms you agreed in your quote. For Qleever Services bookings, payment arrangements are confirmed with your booking.
We do not store your card number — payment card details are collected and held by our payment processor.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are preserved — nothing in our policies removes rights the law gives you.
10. Property damage
If you believe property was damaged during a service, report it promptly through the Resolution Centre or a support ticket, describing the damage and the appointment it relates to. Photographs and the booking reference help the review.
We review damage reports with the parties involved — including the provider and, where applicable, their insurer or ours — and determine the appropriate outcome based on the circumstances, the provider agreement and applicable law. We may ask for reasonable evidence before resolving a claim.
We do not represent that any specific insurance coverage applies to a given claim.
11. Complaints and disputes
Report a problem through the Resolution Centre or a support ticket. We acknowledge complaints, review the booking record and evidence, decide on the appropriate next steps, and explain the outcome to you.
Most disagreements are resolved through this process. If a dispute continues, it is governed by section 16 — nothing here removes your right to pursue remedies available under consumer-protection legislation.
12. Prohibited activity
- Fraud, false claims, or misrepresentation of any kind
- Harassment, abusive conduct, or unsafe behaviour toward customers, providers or staff
- Using the platform to arrange work while evading the obligations attached to the match — for example, encouraging a provider met through Qleever to bypass the platform’s rules
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Posting or transmitting unlawful, defamatory or misleading content
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qleever is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or lost opportunities — arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer rights, liability for our own negligence where the law does not permit exclusion, or statutory warranties.
Where the law permits a cap, our aggregate liability arising from a booking is limited to the amounts paid or payable for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, a breach of these Terms, conduct that endangers users or providers, or where the law requires it. Where practical, we will tell you why and how to appeal the decision through support.
You may close your account at any time through account settings, subject to the completion of outstanding obligations — for example, confirmed appointments or unpaid membership periods.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice through the platform or by email before the change takes effect, and, where the law requires it, ask for your renewed consent. The version that applies to a booking is the version published when the booking was confirmed; earlier published versions remain available on request.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws in the province or territory where you live — those apply notwithstanding this section.
17. Contact
