These Subscription & Qleever Pro Terms govern the paid plans offered on Qleever: memberships for service businesses and Qleever Pro organization plans for property professionals. They supplement the Terms & Conditions — where the two conflict on a subscription matter, these terms govern.
Qleever subscriptions are sold to businesses, not consumers booking home services. Prices below are in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes.
1. Plans offered
Provider memberships — for independent service businesses on the marketplace:
- Business Free — $0/month: a storefront, one active service package, customer enquiries
- Business Plus — $29/month: everything in Free, up to 5 active packages, customer and enquiry management, business analytics
- Business Pro — $79/month: everything in Plus, up to 25 active packages, advanced project tools, team features, priority-placement eligibility
- Enterprise — custom pricing for larger operations, arranged with our team
2. Qleever Pro organization plans
Pro plans attach to an organization, not an individual — every member of the workspace shares the organization’s plan limits.
Qleever Pro is coordination and documentation tooling. It does not replace a licensed strata manager, broker or other regulated professional, and a Pro plan does not confer any licence or regulatory status.
- Starter — $0: one organization workspace, up to 3 properties and 2 seats
- Professional — $49/month: up to 25 properties and 10 seats
- Portfolio — $129/month: unlimited properties and seats
3. Enrollment and eligibility
To subscribe you need a Qleever account and, for provider memberships, an approved provider business or a pending application; for Pro plans, an organization workspace. The account holder who checks out becomes the billing contact.
Paid plans are activated once the payment processor confirms the first charge. Promotional pricing, where offered, applies as shown at checkout for the period described there — after which the list price applies unless the promotion states otherwise.
4. Billing authorization and automatic renewal
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. By starting a paid plan you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method you provide until the plan is cancelled.
Plans renew automatically each billing period on the same day of the month. The renewal amount is the plan price in effect at renewal, plus applicable taxes.
We display the plan name, recurring price, billing frequency and renewal conditions before you confirm a subscription — review them on the checkout screen.
5. What a plan includes
Each plan’s included features and limits are listed on the Plans & Pricing page and in your workspace. Package limits are enforced in real time — for example, a provider on Business Free can keep one active package; upgrading raises the limit immediately.
Memberships pay for platform features — listings, tools and capacity. Providers keep 100% of job earnings; Qleever does not take commission on the work itself.
6. Usage rules
- One provider membership per provider business; one plan per organization
- Plans are not transferable between businesses or organizations
- Benefits apply while the plan is active — pausing or cancelling ends paid features at the end of the paid period
- Limits (packages, properties, seats) may not be circumvented by creating additional accounts for the same business
7. Payment failures
If a renewal charge fails, the plan is marked past due and the processor retries the payment. We will notify the billing contact so the card can be updated. If payment cannot be collected, paid features end and the account returns to the applicable free tier — providers keep their storefront and one active package; organizations keep their workspace subject to Starter limits.
Content above a free-tier limit is not deleted on downgrade — it becomes inactive until the plan is restored or limits are brought within the free tier.
8. Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade from your workspace. Upgrades take effect at once (billing a new period); downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not charge for switching to Free.
We may change plan pricing or features for future billing periods with advance notice through the platform or by email. Continued renewal after notice is acceptance; cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new terms.
9. Cancelling a subscription
Cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing area of your workspace or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals — the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then falls back to the free tier.
Cancelling a membership does not delete your business, storefront, organization or data.
Where a subscription was purchased in circumstances that give you a statutory cancellation right — for example, a cooling-off period under provincial consumer-protection law — that right applies notwithstanding this section.
10. Refunds
Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current paid period once charged, except where required by law or where we approve a refund in a particular case — for example a billing error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with the invoice or charge reference.
11. Promotional subscriptions
Promotions — discounted rates, trial periods or limited-time offers — apply on the terms shown when you accept them. Unless the promotion says otherwise, the plan renews at the regular price when the promotional period ends. Each promotion is limited to one per account or business unless stated.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a subscription for non-payment, platform abuse or breach of the Terms & Conditions. A business suspended for cause is not entitled to a refund of the current period except where required by law. Voluntary cancellation is covered in section 9.
13. Billing records and receipts
Stripe emails a receipt for each charge to the billing contact. Your current plan, billing status and upgrade options are shown in your workspace — provider memberships on the Plans & Pricing page, organization plans in the Pro workspace.
14. Your statutory rights
These terms are intended to comply with Canadian consumer-protection and preauthorized-payment rules. Nothing here removes a right you have under applicable law — including rights around disclosure of recurring charges, consent, and cancellation. Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory rule, the rule applies.
15. Contact and billing disputes
For billing questions, plan changes or disputes, contact support through your account settings or the support address on qleever.com. Disputes about a charge should be raised promptly with the invoice reference — we investigate before treating a subscription as delinquent where a genuine billing error is claimed.
