From the sidebar or /pro/workspace. If you filled the Pro enquiry before, your answers are reused — one click creates the workspace.

Pick a plan
Starter (free, 3 properties / 2 seats), Professional ($49/mo, 25 / 10), or Portfolio ($129/mo, unlimited). Billing upgrades happen in the workspace.

Add properties
Properties are the centre of everything — name, address, type and units. Projects, requests, vendors and expenses connect back to them.

Invite the team
Owners and admins invite by email; teammates join automatically when they sign in with that address.
