Help us design team collaboration
Team seats are coming — and we want to build them right. Tell us what ideal collaboration looks like on Qleever.
By Qleever team
Team seats are coming to Qleever — and we want to build them the way you'd actually use them. So before we ship anything, we're asking.
The big picture
Soon, your Qleever workspace won't be a solo space. You'll be able to invite the people you work with — property managers, coordinators, assistants, business partners — into the same portfolio, each with their own seat.
Picture it: assign a property to a teammate, share a project without forwarding screenshots, approve each other's work before it goes out, and keep a full trail of who changed what.
Why we're asking instead of guessing
Every team works differently. A strata manager's ideal collaboration looks nothing like a realtor's or a landlord's. So instead of shipping a generic "team" feature, we opened an intake form — five minutes, mostly checkboxes.
Tell us what you'd actually use it for: who's on your team, what they should see, and what they'd need to do.
What we're already hearing
- Assign properties — every teammate sees only the addresses they handle
- Share a portfolio — partners see the same properties, projects and history you do
- Approve work — a second set of eyes before a quote or update goes out
- Activity trail — who added the note, who edited the task, who approved the spend
- In-project chat — conversations attached to the project, not lost in texts
