What the blue badge means — and what it doesn't.
Every provider in the directory passed a manual review by Qleever operations — business identity, services, coverage areas and declared credentials. Verified licences, insurance and WCB information are checked against what the business supplied.
- Approved — the business passed review and can receive enquiries and dispatch
- The badge means reviewed, not guaranteed — it isn't an endorsement of any specific job, and outcomes still depend on the agreement you make with the provider
- Credentials can lapse — expired insurance or licences can suspend a listing until renewed
