The two ways to get work done — Qleever Services and the independent marketplace.
Qleever is a Canadian property-services platform built around properties, transitions and the projects in between. There are two ways to get work done — and you can use both from the same account.
- Qleever Services — describe what you need and Qleever coordinates the work with vetted providers on your behalf. One request, one point of contact.
- Qleever Marketplace — browse independent businesses in the directory, compare their service packages, and enquire directly. Providers keep 100% of job earnings — they pay membership fees, never commissions.
- Qleever Pro — a workspace for professionals who manage multiple properties: realtors, strata teams, landlords, rental managers, developers and investors.
Nothing is booked automatically
A submitted request or enquiry is never a confirmed job. Work is confirmed only after quotes are reviewed, a provider accepts, and both sides confirm scope and timing.
