Membership billing

Both provider plans and Pro organization plans bill monthly through Stripe. Checkout happens inside your workspace — upgrade buttons appear where your plan is shown.

• Upgrade — pick a paid plan; Stripe Checkout opens, payment confirms, the plan activates on your account automatically
• Payment issues — a failed card marks the plan past_due; update the card in Stripe and it recovers
• Cancel — cancelling ends the paid plan at period end; providers fall back to the free plan (storefront stays live with one package) and Pro orgs return to Starter
• Invoices — Stripe emails receipts to the billing email on file
